Questions from tattoo studios
Can I keep a deposit if a client doesn't turn up?
Bookpin never refunds a deposit automatically. If a client cancels late or doesn't turn up, it stays with you, and you can refund it from the booking if you decide to.
Can consultations be free with no deposit?
Yes. Set the price to 0 and untick the deposit on your consultation service.
Does it work for a guest artist or a whole studio?
Yes. Add as many artists as you need for the same flat price, each with their own hours and login.
