Who we are
Bookpin (“we”) provides booking software to salons, barbers and studios. For bookings you make with a business using Bookpin, that business is the data controller and we process data on their behalf.
What we collect
Business accounts: name, email and a hashed password. Bookings: the client’s name, phone, email and any notes they add. We do not store card numbers — card payments, where used, are handled by Stripe.
How we use it
To provide the booking service: to show a business its diary, to let clients book and manage appointments, and to send confirmations and reminders. We do not sell personal data.
Where it’s stored
Data is stored securely with our database provider in the EU. Passwords are hashed and sessions are protected.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact the business you booked with, or email us at [your support email].
