The service
Bookpin provides online booking software. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information and bookings in your account. You must have the right to contact the clients you add.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Card payments to you (deposits) are handled by your own Stripe account under Stripe’s terms; Bookpin is not a party to those payments.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Bookpin for anything unlawful, or to send unsolicited marketing. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous month.
