The service
Bookpin provides online booking software. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information and bookings in your account. You must have the right to contact the clients you add.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time. Card payments to you (deposits) are handled by your own Stripe account under Stripe’s terms; Bookpin is not a party to those payments.
Cancellations and refunds
Try it free. Your first 30 days are free, and we don’t ask for a card. You only pay if you decide to subscribe.
Cancel any time. Cancel in Settings, Plan & billing whenever you like. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Forgot to cancel? No worries. If you’ve been charged and didn’t mean to stay, email hello@getbookpin.com within 14 days of the payment and we’ll refund it. This covers your most recent payment. We don’t refund earlier months or part-months.
Taking a break? If you cancel, everything stays safe for 90 days. Come back any time in that period and pick up exactly where you left off: your calendar, clients and settings will all be there. After 90 days we delete it for good, for your privacy. We’ll email you twice before that happens, and you can download your data at any time.
Your clients’ deposits are between you and your clients, under your own cancellation terms. Bookpin doesn’t hold or refund them.
This doesn’t affect any rights you have by law.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Bookpin for anything unlawful, or to send unsolicited marketing. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Client notes and health information
Bookpin is booking software, not a system for medical or clinical records. Don’t use client notes or other fields to store health information about your clients (for example diagnoses, injuries, medication or treatment records). If you need clinical records, use a system built for them. You’re responsible for what you and your team write in your account.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous month.
